Welcome to Durham Vineyard.
We are a small but growing church serving Durham and the surrounding area, part of the global Vineyard family of churches. Our pastors are Peter and Tina MacLellan who moved here from Wells Vineyard in Somerset where they were on the leadership team for three years. We hope you will find all the information you want here on the site - if not then please let us know!
If you are interested in joining with us or are simply curious we would be delighted to meet you. Please feel free to contact us.

To gather together a family of imperfect people, helping and encouraging each other to follow Jesus, serve the community, and bring love and life to the hurting, through the power of the Holy Spirit.

On Sundays (except on days when we do Kids Connect) we meet together at Sanctuary 21 for an informal time of worship, prayer, discussion and teaching. We start at 11am but everyone is welcome to join us from 10:30 when refreshments will be available.
Sanctuary 21 is the Salvation Army building on Sadler Street in the centre of Durham - on the left just before the turn to Palace Green and the Cathedral. It is about 10 minutes walk from the bus station For a map click here .

Free Family Fun!
Join us for Kids Connect.
We meet in Sanctuary21 48/9 Saddler Street in the centre of Durham for crafts and conversation from 1 til 3:30. You can turn up at any time and stay for as long as you want. (In addition we are doing sessions in Brandon from 1pm til 4pm - see below).
For children there are a range of engaging craft activities and when they're finished a bag to take is all home in.
For parents there's a chance to sit with your child and help with the crafts, without having to tidy up!
The event is free and all we ask is that parents or guardians stay with their children at all times as this is not a child minding service!
We look forward to seeing you there!
Future Dates - In Sanctuary21 Sunday 6 Nov and 4 Dec
